King, Queen to participate in Sun Valley forum

altKing Abdullah, accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Rania, will participate in the Sun Valley Economic Forum in the US state of Idaho on Wednesday, a Royal Court statement said.
The Sun Valley Economic Forum has been held annually in July since 1983, with the participation of leading figures and businesspeople from around the world, who convene to discuss global economic and political challenges.
His Majesty spoke at the forum last year, warning that the peace process was at a critical stage that threatened to amplify tension and violence in the Middle East.
He highlighted the need for the international community to shoulder its responsibility to eliminate obstacles hindering peace talks.
